A Bit About Charlotte

Charlotte is a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Qualified. After qualifying as a PT in January 2018, she has continued to research and study to gain further understanding to enhance the experience each client receives. Prior to becoming a PT Charlotte competed on the Ladies European Tour as a Professional Golfer for 6 years. A large part of her quest to become the best meant spending every other day in the gym. Training for strength, core stability, injury prevention and cardio to enable her to compete week after week.

Unfortunately an injury forced her to retire early, but she still continued to train hard in the gym as she found it had a big positive impact on her mental health as well as improving her strength physically.

She has now turned her attention to helping others of all ages in their training goals, which she finds very rewarding.
Charlotte has worked alongside Chiropractors and Podiatrists since qualifying as a Personal Trainer as well as doing a massage course. Which has helped expand her knowledge further about how the body works. The site of pain isn’t always where the issue starts. Charlotte takes time assessing where those weaknesses are and how best to move forward with a plan of action to get her clients moving pain free!
